How to send your order to us
We know how important
your photos are that is why we've put together a few tips on how to
ship your order safely.
We recommend that you use a method where your parcel is tracked such as registered mail, express post or platinum post. Australia Post charge a little bit extra for these services but it means that the package can be traced on its way to us.

- Make sure that slides and photos won't move around too much during shipment. Rubber bands work well to secure boxes or loose slides. If they are in a box, stuff the box with tissue paper or paper towels to fill the empty voids.
- Wrap the order in a plastic bag before putting the order in a sturdy box or padded bag. This helps to protect them against moisture.
- Try to avoid using packing materials that generate dust or debris. Some padded envelopes use crushed newspaper and if they tear that dust gets on everything. Use a bubble wrap envelope or a box that won't crush easily.

After we have finished scanning your order we will email you again this time with an invoice attached showing the final number of scans. You can pay this invoice by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.
Once we have recieved payment we will return all your photos along with the scans by registered post. We will email you to let you know when the order has been posted.
